GRANT DEED
Legal document used to transfer title to real property or real property interest. It contains the name of the individual or entity transferring the property (grantor); legal description of the property being transferred, and name of the individual or entity the property is being given to (grantee). The deed shows the title has not yet been granted to another individual. The document is signed by all parties involved and acknowledged before a notary public.
