IMPLIED CONTRACT TERMS
Items a court will presume are meant to be included in a contract although not expressly denoted. In general, businessmen do not want to depend on a court’s explanation of implied terms, hence, a good contract will frequently be very lengthy to write as many material items as possible into the contract. But in the event not every detail is covered in a contract, a lawyer may appeal such terms were indicated to give force to the contract’s intention.
