INCREMENTAL CAPITAL OUTPUT RATIO - ICOR
Measures the marginal amount of investment capital needed for a company to create the next unit of production. Generally speaking, a higher ICOR value is not ideal because it denotes inefficiency of the entity’s production. This is predominantly used to determine a country’s level of production efficiency. Computed as:
