INDIAN EMPLOYMENT CREDIT
Monetary incentive rendered to companies by the federal government to employ registered Native American Indians and their spouses who reside on or close to a reservation and being employed on that reservation. It gives a dollar-for-dollar tax reduction on the business’ taxable income.
