INTERLOCKING SHAREHOLDINGS
Manner of making a unified business group by exchanging shares. By doing so, a business group continues to be comprised of various distinct legal entities, rather than belonging to the same legal entity. This method has advantages in defending hostile takeovers since this is composed of several legal entities. But this can make the ownership position structure of the group complicated especially when there are many shareholders.
