INTERNATIONAL REPLY COUPON - IRC
A coupon that can be exchanged for minimum postage required for unregistered priority airmail of up to 20 grams. Mail items using IRCs must be sent only to another Universal Postal Union (UPU) member country. Although members are not mandated to sell IRCs, they are required to exchange an IRC for postage.
