INTERNATIONAL SECURITIES IDENTIFICATION NUMBER - ISIN
A code that identifies specific securities issue such as bonds, futures, commercial paper, common and preferred stocks, warrant, rights, options, and trusts. ISINs facilitate unambiguous clearing and settlement procedures. In any country, the organization that assigns ISINs is its National Numbering Agency (NNA).
