INTERTEMPORAL EQUILIBRIUM
An economic theory which states the equilibrium of the economy cannot be analyzed from a single fixed point in time, but should be assessed throughout several time periods. Based on this concept, households and companies are said to make decisions that affect their finances and business prospects by evaluating their influence over extended time periods rather than at one point.
