INTRODUCING BROKER - IB
An individual or business that gives advice to a clients but entrusts the work of the floor operation and trade execution to another futures merchant. In other words, he does not handle transactions. Usually, the merchant firm is a close partner of the IB. The IB and merchant firm divide the fees and commissions based on their agreement.
