INVESTMENT FUND
A pool of capital that belongs to several investors which is used to acquire securities while each investor maintains ownership and keeps his or her own shares. It has a wider options of investment opportunities, better management expertise, and lower investment fees than investors might get to have their own. Hedge funds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and money market funds are some types of investment funds.
