An investor’s systematic attack plan to guide his investment decisions according to an individual’s financial goals, risk tolerance, and future needs for capital. The components of most investment strategies include allocating assets, and setting buy and sell guidelines, as well as risk guidelines. Investors consider the following factors in designing their investment strategy: his age, risk tolerance level, short-term and long-term growth objectives, economic trends, interest rates, and inflation.
