INVOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY
A legal proceeding in which creditors request an individual or a business is requested to go through bankruptcy. Creditors who seek involuntary bankruptcy must file a petition to the court to initiate the proceedings while the indebted party can file an objection to force a case.
