JOINT VENTURE - JV
A business arrangement by which two or more parties agree to collate their resources to accomplish a certain task. It can be either a new project or any other business activity. Participants are responsible for earnings, losses, and costs connected to it. They also share equally in its direction. However, the venture is different from the participants’ other business interests.
