It rooted from the word Kremlin, pertaining to the government of the Soviet Union, and a stronghold in Moscow that serves as the of residence of the president of Russia. This financial buzz is implying to the communist policies of the government during the Cold War and considered an unwelcoming connotation in industrialized nations.
