LAW OF ONE PRICE
An economic theory that the price of a certain asset, commodity or security remains the same when the exchange rates are considered. For instance, if the price of an asset is different in two distinct markets, the arbitrageur will buy it in the more affordable market and sell it where prices are higher. This exists because of arbitrage opportunities, which is one way of stating the purchasing power parity rule.
