LOYALTY PROGRAM
A rewards program given by a company its customers who often make purchases. It may offer its customers premiere access to latest products, special sales coupons, incentives, or free merchandise. They usually enroll in the company and are given a unique identifier such as membership card. These loyal customers use the ID in purchasing.
