MACROECONOMICS
Study of economy that focuses on the behavior of an aggregate economy. It dwells on economy-wide phenomena in the major factors such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), growth rate, inflation, interest rates, national income, price levels, and unemployment. It is also concerned with the movement and trends of the economy in general; as well as the role of fiscal and monetary policies, and the consumption and investment levels.
