MARGINAL BENEFIT
Increasing an activity’s overall satisfaction or benefit that a person receives by adding unit of a certain good or service, given that all other factors remain constant. An individual’s marginal benefit is the maximum amount they are willing to spend to use the additional unit of a good or service. Normally, marginal benefit decreases as the consumption increases.
