MARKET DEPTH
Capability of a market to endure huge market orders without affecting the price of the security. Market depth looks at the general level and stretch of open orders. Normally, this refers to trading within a single security. Also, it is nearly related to liquidity and volume in a security but does not signify that each stock which shows high volume of trades has a good market depth.
