MARKET-ON-CLOSE ORDER - MOC
Not limited market order to be executed as late as possible at the end of the market day. All market-on-close (MOC) orders must be given to the New York Stock Exchange by 3:45pm and to the Nasdaq by 3:50pm EST. These exchanges prohibits cancellation or modification of these orders beyond those times.
Also called at-the-close order.
