MEASURING PRINCIPLE
An intangible principle that is used in finding minimum security price target when trading a stock. Using technical analysis, it analyzes chart pattern to determine stock levels. If broken, it could result to a small down leg. Moreover, it also allows traders to set a rational minimum price target on a stock by mulling on stock chart pattern movements against each other.
