BUY STOPS ABOVE
Recommendation to purchase a given security once a security’s price surpasses a particular resistance level by putting a buy stop order at that level. Traders using this presume a good buying opportunity is evident when the resistance level has been breached and upward momentum will emerge when the price moves above the barrier.
