MIDDLE CLASS
Individuals who fall between working class and upper class in a social class. Normally, middle class people have a higher proportion of college degrees than those in the working class. They also have more income available for consumption and can own a property. White-collar (non-manual) workers, lower-level managers, civil servants, and small business owners are the individuals in the middle class.
