A medium-sized company that has sizeable annual revenues. It usually has 10 to 100 employees and its revenue ranges from $50 million to $1 billion. In the case of legal, accounting, and brokerage, among others, these firms are below the dominant firms such as the Big Four in accounting in their respective industries.
