MINIMUM EFFICIENT SCALE
The smallest amount of production a firm can attain while taking full advantage of economy of scales in their costs and supplies. In classical economics, this refers to the lowest production point by which long-run total average costs (LRATC) are reduced.
It can be signified as a scope of production values, but its association with the total market size or demand will assess how many competitors can efficiently operate in the market.
