MORTGAGE CASH FLOW OBLIGATION - MCFO
A pay-through unsecured general obligation bond with many classifications. It combines the cash flow from a pool of mortgages and the revenue from that cash flow to repay investors their mortgage principal plus interest. Payments are accepted from mortgages in the pool and passed on to bondholders of this security.
