MUMTALAKAT HOLDING COMPANY
A government-owned investment company for the Kingdom of Bahrain that was established in June 2006. The organization administers the sovereign fund for Bahrain. It has more than 35 commercial enterprises, which represents around BD 2.6 billion (or $6.8 billion) portfolio value as of 2013. Its fund’s deposits comes from surplus revenues from refining its oil and gas reserves in the country.
