MUNICIPAL BOND FUND
A mutual fund that invests primarily in debt securities issued by a state, municipality, county, or special purpose district to fund capital expenditures. These bonds are federal tax-exempted, as well as state-taxes exempted for residents of the state in which these are released. These bonds are government-backed and have a high card rating.
