MUTUAL WILL
A will signed by married couple to ensure the right disposition of wealth or property in the event one party passes away. The remaining party is bound by the terms of the mutual will. The mutual fund makes sure the wealth or property passes to one’s children, not on the party’s new spouse. Although quite similar, mutual will is different from joint will.
