NAKED TRUST
This is commonly used by parents or grandparents, where they transfer assets to their beneficiaries like their children or grandchildren. Once the assets are placed to trust, the trustor, or the initial owner, will lose control over them. Trust’s beneficiary is entitled to the assets when he or she turns 18.
