Founded in 1913 as a privately-owned company, which aim was to bring investors information regarding stocks and bonds traded OTC. It now offers mainly electronic service including data access on its website. It renamed itself to Pink Sheets LLC in 2000 and then to Pink OTC Markets Inc. in 2008.
