His flagship firm, which was established along with Edward Green and Peter May in 2005, manages more than $8 billion. Peltz is also serving as non-executive chair of The Wendy’s Company (formerly Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc.). He used to work with Triarc Companies, Inc. (Triarc).
