OPT-OUT VOTE
A type of vote participated by the employees of a company to determine whether particular laws or regulations with regards to corporate takeovers have to be waived or not. This type of vote may basically help to remove certain legal requirements that may have otherwise prevented the existence of the corporate takeover.
