OUTPERFORMANCE OPTION
An exotic call option by which the value is determined by the opposite performance of two underlying assets or securities. The holder gains on the amount one asset outperform another, both of are pre-determined. These options are normally European-style, settled in cash, and traded in the over-the-counter market.
