OWNER EARNINGS RUN RATE
A generalized estimate of earnings of an owner (free cash flow) over a defined time period. This assumes that the financial performance if the firm stays steady throughout the period. Thus, this estimate may be difficult to assess if the firm is operating in a business that experiences seasonality, because owner earnings from one period may not be applicable across the entire time period.
