POLITICAL ECONOMY
It is the study and use of how economic theory and method influence political ideology. Political economy is the relationship between economics, law and politics, and how institutions develop in different social and economic systems, such as, socialism, communism, and capitalism. Political economy studies how public policy is created and implemented.
