QUALIFIED EXCHANGE ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS
This strategy is mostly used in real estate exchanges in which third party takes ownership of relinquished property of an investor. The main objective is to help an investor replace that property temporarily with a "like-kind" property, which lets them defer showing a capital gain or loss on the sale.
