RAINMAKER
A rainmaker could be a broker or financial broker. Rainmakers bring large number of well-off clients to the firm or company they work for. They are experienced at expanding their client base and increasing their asset under management. Rainmakers have the ability to generate revenue for a firm, therefore they are highly compensated. Other competing firms attempt to recruit them, offering them significant financial incentives.
