RETURN ON AVERAGE EQUITY - ROAE
It is the measure of a company’s profitability and overall performance during a fiscal year. ROAE provides a more accurate picture of a company’s profitability because it uses the average equity of the shareholder as the denominator than the return on equity or ROE version.
