SCHEDULE 14C
Schedule 14C is a schedule that declares the disclosure of requirement to be used in information statements. Typically, a company must send an information statement for each holder of the registered security under Section 12 of the 1934 Act. The holder must be also have the right to vote on all matters where the company isn’t soliciting proxies. If soliciting proxies is done by the company then schedule 14A might be needed.
