SEC FORM 1
SEC Form 1 is an application form that also serves as an amendment to an application for registering to be a national securities exchange. It might also be a registration for the exemption from registration compliance to section 5 that is under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The SEC form 1 is also required in registering to be a national securities exchange under section 6 that is stated in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
