SEC FORM 10-QSB
SEC Form 10-QSB is also referred to as the Quarterly Report for Small Businesses. This means that SEC Form 10-QSB is a quarterly filing done by small businesses under the Securities and Exchange Commission as the SEC Form 10-QSB is the shorter form of Form 10-Q. The data gathered under SEC Form 10-QSB includes the essential data regarding the financial performance of a company, its management, and the ownership structure it employs. The SEC Form 10-QSB must be filed within the 45 days leading to the end of the quarter. The SEC Form 10-QSB, although, is already obsolete. Existing filings will remain in the EDGAR system of SEC.
