SEC FORM 10-SB
SEC Form 10-SB is also referred to as the General Form for Registration of Small Businesses. This means that the purpose of SEC Form 10-SB is to be able to register small businesses’ securities to be able to trade on US exchanges under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form 10-SB includes the kind of security issued, issuer’s essential financial information, and the details regarding the management team.
