SEC FORM 10-QT
SEC Form 10-QT is a form filed instead of SEC Form 10-Q that covers the standard three-month period for the purpose of presenting "transitional periods." SEC Form 10-QT follows the filing of 8-K that notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission of a change in the fiscal year-end. SEC Form 10-QT must abide by all of the rules a standard SEC Form 10-Q save for the time periods indicated.
