SEC FORM 11-K
SEC Form 11-K is also referred to as the Annual Reports of Employee Stock Purchase, Savings, and Similar Plans Pursuant to Section 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This means that SEC Form 11-K is a form whose purpose is for the filing of annual reports that handles employee stock purchases along with saving plans that includes registered securities under the Securities Act of 1933. SEC Form 11-K is a mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission considered to be a special annual report to other annual reports like SEC Form 10-K that may be filed by the security issuer or other people.
