SEC FORM 15-12B
SEC Form 15-12B is a certification of termination under Section 12 (g). It is to ascertain that a registration of a class of security has been terminated. SEC Form 15-12B is also a notice of suspension of duty. This means that SEC Form 15-12B is also a suspension act for failing to file reports that abide by Sections 13 and 15 (d) of Section 12 (b) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
