SEC FORM 15
SEC Form 15 is also referred to as Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration. This means that SEC Form 15 is a filing whose purpose is for the revocation of the registration of securities by a publicly traded company under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form 15 is also used as a notification for SEC as the intent of investors in a company to halt the filing of different forms due to their securities falling out of specific filing requirements of a form.
