SEC FORM 13-F
SEC Form 13F is also referred to as the Information Required of Institutional Investment Managers Form. This means that SEC Form 13F is a filing which is a requirement of institutional investment managers filed quarterly by those with qualifying assets that are worth more than $100 million. The range of companies mandated by SEC Form 13F range from banks, insurance companies, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and pension funds. The SEC Form 13F must be filed within the 45 days leading to the end of the quarter. The data gathered under SEC Form 13F includes the information regarding the investment manager and the potential list of the company’s latest investment holdings.
