SEC FORM 15-F
SEC Form 15-F is also referred to as the Certification of a Private Issuer’s and Termination of Registration. This means that SEC Form 15-F is a filing whose purpose is for the revocation of registrations of the securities traded on US exchanges by private foreign companies under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form 15-F is also used as a notification for SEC as the intent of investors in a company to halt the filing of different forms due to their securities falling out of specific filing requirements of a form.
