SEC FORM 25
SEC Form 25 is a notification submitted a national securities exchange to the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form 25 notifies SEC of the removal of matured, redeemed, or retired corporate securities from the listing on an exchange and registration. A security is treated as delisted 10 days following the filing of SEC Form 25. The Rule 12d2-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 mandates SEC Form 25.
